Kaizen
The iPhone app · feature by feature

The whole business, in a pocket.

Eight features, each with the real screen from the App Store listing, what it does, why it matters in the field, and the office view of the same record. Free, iOS 15.1 or later, and the same workspace as the desktop.

Every feature, in depth.

Kaizen CRM iPhone app: The morning dashboard
01 · Start the day knowing Morning dashboard The app opens on a dashboard, not a menu. Revenue this week against the weekly target, how many quotes are open and what they are worth, sales orders in fulfilment, the pipeline value expected to close inside thirty days, and your tasks with the overdue ones flagged. THE DEEP DIVE →
Kaizen CRM iPhone app: The deal pipeline
02 · Swipe a deal forward Deal pipeline The pipeline on the phone is the same board the office works from, laid out as cards. Stage filters run across the top with a count on each. THE DEEP DIVE →
Kaizen CRM iPhone app: The home grid
03 · Quote to paid, from the phone Quotes & sales orders Quotes and sales orders are two tiles on the home grid and two buttons on the dashboard, because they are the money. A quote is built on site from the customer record, with voice-to-quote transcription for the technician who would rather talk than type, and sent before the truck leaves. THE DEEP DIVE →
Kaizen CRM iPhone app: The work diary
04 · Talk, and it is logged Work diary The work diary is a day, as a list of short voice entries. The technician taps the capture button at the truck, talks for thirty seconds (the site walk, the conversation with the foreman, the voicemail they returned), and the entry lands in the diary with its time, a transcript, the recording, and tags for the company and the quote it relates to. THE DEEP DIVE →
Kaizen CRM iPhone app: Process my day
05 · The diary becomes the CRM Process My Day At the end of the day, Process My Day reads the work diary and turns it into the records a CRM is supposed to contain. It extracts the sales stops from the entries: which companies were visited, which contacts are new, what follow-ups were promised, what needs a quote. THE DEEP DIVE →
Kaizen CRM iPhone app: The schedule
06 · Operations against plan Schedule The schedule shows the operations from your sales orders laid out across a week, month, or quarter. Each row is an operation with its hours done against hours planned; each has a status (open, active, closed, warning, overdue), and the header counts how many operations are running, what percentage is complete, and how many are behind. THE DEEP DIVE →
Kaizen CRM iPhone app: The calendar
07 · The day as it is Calendar The calendar is the day laid out hour by hour: site visits, quote reviews, on-call blocks, and the daily stand-up, each tied to the customer it belongs to. Day, week, month, and agenda views, a week strip across the top to move between days, and a count of today's events and anything overdue in the header. THE DEEP DIVE →
Kaizen CRM iPhone app: The home grid
08 · Everything, at hand Companies, people & photos The home grid is the workspace, one tap from anywhere: Companies and People with live counts, the Activity feed, then the sales objects (Deal Pipeline, Quotes, Sales Orders, Leads) and the production ones (Photo Gallery, Calendar, Schedule). "Jump to anything" at the top searches across all of it. THE DEEP DIVE →

App or browser: two doors, one record.

The iPhone app is free on the App Store and keeps the camera and microphone one tap away, with native notifications and a fast start. Kaizen also runs in the browser on any modern phone with nothing to install: onboarding is a text message with a link, and everyone is permanently on the current version.

Both open the same workspace. An iPhone crew installs the app; a mixed-device crew uses the browser; the office sees one record either way. There is no second build to keep in step.
