Kaizen
Kaizen in the field

The CRM that rides in the truck.

Your team isn’t at a desk. Kaizen puts the whole customer record in their pocket — so the lead gets answered, the quote gets sent, the photo lands on the record, and the invoice gets paid before anyone drives away. No download. Any phone.

01

One lead, start to finish, without a keyboard.

This is the actual sequence — a missed call at 4:12pm turning into a paid $8,250 job and next spring’s tune-up, with nobody writing anything down twice.

02

What it does where the work happens.

01

Leads answer themselves

A missed call is texted back inside ninety seconds, and the callback lands on someone's list with the whole account history attached — even when every technician is under a sink.

02

The whole customer, three taps in

Today's jobs, the customer, and the last thing that happened to them are the first screen. Not a search, two menus, and a tab.

03

Quote in the driveway

Build it on site with the photos attached and send before you pull away. The day 2 / 5 / 10 follow-up arms itself as it goes.

04

Photos onto the record, not the camera roll

A bulging capacitor in someone's phone is a private observation. On the customer record it is a quote the office sends by lunch.

05

Notes that come back later

"Wants the upstairs unit next spring" becomes a reminder in March with the photo and the note already attached.

06

Paid before you leave

Invoice at completion, take the card on their phone, and stop financing your customers for fourteen days at a time.

03

The office sees it while the tech is still on the ladder.

Field and office are not two systems that sync. They are one record, opened from two places. Whatever the technician logs is what whoever answers the phone next already knows.

Why there’s nothing to install.

A 3–20 person service business does not have a device-management policy. It has personal phones, a seasonal hire starting Monday, and no appetite for chasing twelve people about an app update.

Kaizen runs in the browser, so onboarding is a text message with a link and everyone is permanently on the current version. Add it to the home screen and it behaves like any other app — full screen, own icon, straight into today’s jobs.

The honest trade-off: large fleets with managed devices and heavy background-location requirements are still better served by a native install. If that is you, say so on the walkthrough and we’ll tell you straight.

Questions crews actually ask.

Does Kaizen have a mobile app?

Kaizen runs in the browser on any modern phone, so there is nothing to download and nothing to keep updated across a fleet of devices. Everyone is always on the current version, and a new hire is working from a link rather than a device-management policy. Add it to the home screen and it opens like any other app.

Does it work without a signal?

Notes and photos captured in a basement, crawlspace, or mechanical room are held on the device and sync when the connection returns. Losing work in a dead zone is the fastest way to lose a crew's trust in any field tool, so it is treated as a correctness problem rather than a nice-to-have.

Can a technician build and send a quote on site?

Yes — with the photos already attached and the follow-up sequence arming itself the moment it sends. Every hour between the visit and the quote costs conversion, so building it in the driveway removes both the delay and the evening of paperwork.

Can we take payment from the field?

Yes. Invoicing at completion, on the customer's phone, is the single largest fixable cash-flow drag in service work — it routinely collapses a two-week days-to-invoice figure to same-day.

Do office and field see the same thing?

They see the same record, not two synchronised copies. When a technician logs a photo, whoever answers the phone next already has it. That is the whole point of a unified record: there stops being a gap between what happened on site and what the business knows.

What does it cost per technician?

Field access is part of Kaizen, not a per-seat add-on module. Bring your walkthrough your crew size and we will price it in front of you.
